The Rival - Tribe doesn't matter but this person does not like Gypsy and Gypsy doesn't care for her much either. It could be Gypsy slept with her lover. Or they knew each other from the time Gypsy danced. I'm open to what reason they want to rip each other's throats out. Likely wouldn't be a member of the River Runners.

Kestral wants Micheal Pitt, but the PB could certainly be changed... just an idea. Anyhow the character that I am looking for is a friend of Kestral and Hawk who grew up with them both. Kestral holds a very strong crush for him. As for how it turns out... that is absolutely up for plot, it can be something that is unrequited, or something that grows for him, or maybe they both like each other and just need to get over themselves.
